I am looking for people's opinions on the stores and parts clerk position in an AMO or another type of maintenance facility.
Are they as underrated as I think they are?
Should there be a specific aviation stores clerk college course offered?
How do you keep people motivated to stay in that position long-term? (obviously pay and benefits are a good start)
What is your experience dealing with Parts people or Stores Clerks?
