AirCrewConnect Launch

AirCrewConnect

Student Pilot (Rank 2)
AirCrewConnect is a Canadian platform focused on contract flying and short-term crewing — shifting the industry from “who you know” to “who you need.”

Learn more at https://aircrewconnect.ca

To build the initial database, anyone who signs up before March 31 receives a free annual subscription (promo code FREE365 at checkout). Cancel anytime.

The platform is designed for Canadian pilots, ACPs, flight attendants, and AMEs, as well as operators looking to fill one-off or short-term crewing needs.

For questions or feedback, please contact admin@aircrewconnect.ca.

“Give me all of your personal information and credit card”, how about I just send my data directly to Bangladesh so some little hacker fella can have a night out on me?

I think that the delivery as a new operation needs to be a little more polished. I clicked through with good intentions but started to get bad vibes.

I hear you,
It’s not easy to trust these days. That being said, we use stripe, a third party, to handle all of your credit card information. AirCrewConnect doesn’t have access to your credit card. We do it that way so we wouldn’t have any credit card liability. When you go to the payment page, check it out. It says “powered by stripe”. Many companies use stripe, including Amazon. Also AirCrewConnect is a trademarked business based out of Alberta.

I hope this gives you more trust moving forward.

The owner is an Alberta based pilot and a nice guy.

Quick update on AirCrewConnect — and to address a question a few people have asked about the free promo signup process.

Some have wondered why a credit card is still required when using the free-year promo code (FREE365).

The short answer:

It helps keep the platform professional and spam-free — and accounts are set to auto-renew after the free year unless cancelled.

AirCrewConnect is meant to be a private, professional contract crewing network for Canadian aviation — not a public job board. Requiring a card at signup helps ensure that:
  • profiles belong to real people
  • operators aren’t sorting through fake or inactive accounts
  • the network stays useful and credible for everyone
Nothing is charged when you sign up using the promo code.

Important details:
  • Accounts auto-renew after the free year unless cancelled
  • You’ll receive an email reminder 7 days before renewal
  • You can cancel anytime before renewal with no charge
The platform is focused on contract / one-off crewing, not full-time jobs:

• short-notice trips
• seasonal or overflow coverage
• ad-hoc contract flying
• temporary AME / FA support

We’re offering 1 full year of free access while the network grows.

Promo code: FREE365 (ends March 31)

Appreciate the feedback so far — this is being built with input from the Canadian aviation community, so questions and suggestions are always welcome.

I’ve attached a one-page overview of AirCrewConnect for anyone who may wish to review it or circulate it within their organization.

For clarity, our complimentary first-year promotion applies to all account types, including both aviation professionals and Air Operators.

The platform continues to grow, and the promotion runs through the end of March 2026. If you’ve been considering joining, this is a good opportunity to secure your first year at no cost and explore the platform firsthand.

Asking for a friend, Someone who just graduated MFC/MtA aviation is this platform for new job hunters?

It’s not geared toward new job hunters so much as pilots, AMEs, and Flight attendants that are already typed on an aircraft type. This is for contract work when air operators need to fill an aircraft seat because of crew out for illness, or vacation, things of that nature.
I hope your friend finds they’re way into the industry and possibly signs up down the road when it makes more sense for them.
That being said; they are welcome to sign up for the free year and cancel afterwards so they can see what it’s all about. You never know someone may be looking for a commercial pilot to ferry a 172 somewhere.
