AOG Team is looking for a Sealant Technician for AIRBUS based in Mirabel.
Experience in aerospace sealant application or in a related field is required.

Salary up to $37.00/hour(Payroll), depending on experience.
Contract up to $52/hour, depending on experience.
Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, the incumbent’s main responsibility will be to apply sealant to specific aircraft sections and components in compliance with established quality standards. Sealant technicians are involved in the preparation and application of sealants on various aeronautical components.
Main Responsibilities
Apply sealant in accordance with operational standards.
Perform visual inspections of components and ensure the quality and conformity of the work performed.
Planning
Estimate the scope of work and the time required.
Select the materials required to complete the work.
Prepare the work area for the task to be performed.
Prepare ground support equipment such as stands, scissor lift tables, scaffolding, ladders, and carts.
Education
High School Diploma (DES) and successful completion of an assessment demonstrating basic technical skills.
Specific Requirements
Attention to detail and precision, good reflexes, ability to concentrate, and strong attention to detail.
Ability to distinguish finishes and textures.
Ability to identify relevant details in objects or graphical representations.
Ability to notice finishing details.
Ability to work at heights (aerial lift).
Excellent manual dexterity.
Ability to adapt to frequent technological changes.
Ability to work well in a team environment (multidisciplinary team).
Apply good safety practices and comply with rules and regulations related to their work and work environment.
Experience in the aerospace industry (an asset).
