Overview
We are seeking an experienced Aircraft AME Quality & Airworthiness Engineer to ensure compliance with Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) regulations and support aircraft return-to-service, conformity, and quality oversight activities.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with TCCA CARs 571 & 573 for aircraft and component airworthiness
Perform and certify inspections, conformity checks, and return-to-service approvals
Issue TCCA Form One and manage airworthiness documentation
Support audits, non-conformance investigations, and corrective actions
Act as a quality interface with customers, regulators, and internal teams
Support maintenance, backshop, and MRO quality activities
Qualifications
TCCA AME License required
10+ years in aircraft quality, inspection, or maintenance (or equivalent experience)
Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and technical documentation
Experience with aircraft structures, systems, and precision inspection tools
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Bilingual French/English an asset
Tools & Systems
MS Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat
SAP or similar quality/maintenance systems
