Now that the new 2024-2027 collective agreement is in full swing for 2026, I’m curious if the 'historic' 42% cumulative wage hike is actually keeping up with the cost of living in hubs like YVR and YYZ. For the junior FO’s (First Officers) who finally got bumped off the flat-pay scale: is the quality of life actually improving, or is the scheduling still eating all your gains?
