CRM and Human Factors is more often than not online anymore. This kills most of the dynamic that older classes used to have. There are a lot of fun and practical exercises that are no longer possible because of it.

Well said. I think we have lost more than we realize with training moving online.

I agree, it's all about checking the boxes in most cases.

Depends on the company and who is in the class. Some take it seriously, most don't.
